I'm turning 28 and thinking of switching to a skincare regimen that is preventative in nature to slow the aging process. I have a slightly oily T zone but other than that my skin tends to be quite dry and irritable. I have noticed some discoloration and some wrinkles under my eyes (which have also gotten darker). What would you recommend?
